We're here to help, not sell
Buster is a comparison service, not an energy supplier. Our job is to show you the deals you can actually get, explain the saving, and make switching feel simple — with no pressure.
Price decides the order
Your results are ranked on what you'd actually pay — cheapest first. A supplier can't pay to jump the queue, and we don't hide deals just because we don't have a relationship with them.
We show deals we're not paid for
Some Northern Ireland suppliers don't have a switching arrangement with us. We still show their prices, because a comparison that leaves deals out isn't a comparison.
You can check our homework
Every deal shows the rates we used, the version of the tariff, and when we last checked it. If our figure doesn't match your bill, tell us and we'll fix it.
And if switching isn't worth it?
We'll tell you. If you're already on the best deal for your home, we'd rather say so and have you come back in six months than talk you into a switch that saves you nothing.

3. You stay in charge
Any declaration, verification or final send stops with you. Buster never signs for you.
4. The real reference lands
We store the reference the supplier actually gives you, with a full audit trail.
Buster only offers this for suppliers whose real application we've checked — never a made-up form, never a reference we invented.
