BILLOCKS is a comparison service. We show you options based on the information you give us, and where you ask us to, we pass your details to a provider or quote partner so they can give you a price.

The options shown are based on the information you have provided. They are not advice and they are not a recommendation that a product is suitable for you.

• We do not give advice and we do not recommend a particular product as suitable for you.
• We are not the provider. The contract for any product you take out is between you and that provider.
• We do not guarantee that any price shown is the cheapest available anywhere.
• Prices, availability and terms are set by the provider and can change or be withdrawn.

• Give us information that is accurate and complete. Quotes are based on what you tell us, so a wrong answer can invalidate a policy or a price.
• Read the provider's own documents — policy wording, tariff terms and key facts — before you buy or switch.
• Keep your account details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Every energy price we show is traceable to a dated, published tariff version and we tell you which one. Savings figures are estimates based on the information you have provided, not promises. Always check the provider's own published prices before you commit.

BILLOCKS is free for you to use. Where you go on to take out a product through us, BILLOCKS may receive a commission or other remuneration from the provider. The exact arrangement for each product is being confirmed and will be published in full. It never changes the prices you are shown, and it never changes the order results appear in.

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently or to abuse the service.

We take care to keep the site and its calculations accurate, but we are not responsible for a provider's own acts, prices, decisions or documents. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. The law that governs these terms follows the registered company's home jurisdiction and will be stated here once the company details are confirmed.
